Now the entry is apparently connected ro rundll32.exe. Judging from here if its leftovers from the registry and startup (which i did uninstall already) This dll is apparently due to the logitech download assistant which i never remember installing. Use Uninstaller.Except the problem is there is no logitech download assistant.

You then, using the uninstaller program, browse to the leftover folder and start a scan. You need a Pro version of those programs or Wise Uninstaller Free. You start from some exe or folder left over from a failed or incomplete uninstall. You ask about leftovers, so I'll tell you though that's NOT what I'm recommending as I said.
